Darlene Bishop made a commitment to Christ at fourteen years of age. At that time she felt the call of God on her life and desired to be used in ministry. Today she pastors the dynamic, multi-cultural, Solid Rock Church with two campuses, one in Monroe and the other in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also President and Founder of the Darlene Bishop Home for Life, a residential home for women who are pregnant or dealing with life destructive choices.

Darlene Bishop is a nationally known conference speaker with a powerful testimony. She was physically attacked with sickness in her body in March 1986 but she trusted completely in the Word of God and by July 21st of that same year; God completely healed her body!

Lawrence Bishop II was raised in Church and called into the Ministry at a young age. He currently travels both domestically and internationally preaching and teaching to groups everywhere. He also has a deep love for music. Lawrence is a solo musician, a songwriter and a band member of 4 time Dove Award winning Christian Rock Band "Bride". Having performed in many world tours with Bride, he feels blessed to have graced the stage, headlining stadium size shows with audiences of 50,000 to 100,000 people. He has also become an accomplished studio musician, having done sessions with many of Nashville's "A" List players. Ryan serves as Administer for the South Campus. His responsibilities are to oversee the finances, ministries, and events that happen at the South Church. Ryan also serves as our American Director of the Solid Rock Orphanage in Sao Paulo. Ryan is married to Meagan and they have one son, Ezra.

I joined the staff as Children's Ministry Director in 2009 after serving ten years as children's ministry assistant, nursery/preschool director in addition to helping run a local food bank/help center including starting a children's ministry there. We home schooled our youngest who is now a Senior and have two older children who are both married. My husband Steve and I are blessed to work in children's ministry together as we had always hoped to serve together as our children grew up.

Phill is the Maintenance Supervisor at Solid Rock Church (South Campus). He has served faithfully for several years now and is knowledgeable and experienced in his field.
