Darlene Bishop made a commitment to Christ at fourteen years of age. At that time she felt the call of God on her life and desired to be used in ministry. Today she pastors the dynamic, multi-cultural, Solid Rock Church with two campuses, one in Monroe and the other in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also President and Founder of the Darlene Bishop Home for Life, a residential home for women who are pregnant or dealing with life destructive choices.

Darlene Bishop is a nationally known conference speaker with a powerful testimony. She was physically attacked with sickness in her body in March 1986 but she trusted completely in the Word of God and by July 21st of that same year; God completely healed her body!

Lawrence Bishop II was raised in Church and called into the Ministry at a young age. He currently travels both domestically and internationally preaching and teaching to groups everywhere. He also has a deep love for music. Lawrence is a solo musician, a songwriter and a band member of 4 time Dove Award winning Christian Rock Band "Bride". Having performed in many world tours with Bride, he feels blessed to have graced the stage, headlining stadium size shows with audiences of 50,000 to 100,000 people. He has also become an accomplished studio musician, having done sessions with many of Nashville's "A" List players. Ron Carter serves as Administrator. Ron has been a member of Solid Rock Church since 1986 and joined the church as Administrator in 1995. Ron is married to Barb and they have two sons, Jeremy and Matthew.

Shawna serves as Executive Assistant to Darlene Bishop. Shawna manages all speaking engagements and travel arrangements for pastor. Shawna is married to Chris and they have three children, Chloe, Seth, and Brock.

Franklin Hicks, known as "Pastor Hooper", is Youth Pastor at Solid Rock Church in Monroe, Ohio. Hooper graduated from World Harvest Bible College in 2003 and immediately joined the staff of Solid Rock. He currently resides in Middletown, Ohio where he was born and raised. Hooper's heart is to evangelize his community and young people across the United States.

Matthew graduated from Miami University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. He grew up in the children's ministry here at Solid Rock and became the perfect fit for Children's Director. Matthew has been working here since 2007.

Leroy came on staff in 2005 as the Director of the SRC Media Department. His passion is to spread the word of God around the country and around the world through multimedia resources. He also has a heart for children. He is now also the director of SRC's Ignition Outreach team, which ministers directly to children in our community.
