| Our Vision for this Youth Ministry is to fulfill the Desires, Dreams, and Purpose, of God, to our Pastors, and for the Youth of Solid Rock Church to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. |

| Mission |

| To train the Youth of Solid Rock Church to reach every young person they can on their school campus, neighborhood, and family with the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Provide our youth with biblical training to fulfill their God given purpose. |

| Goals |
|
- Every youth should discover who they are in God.
- Every youth should have an answer for their Hope.
- Every youth should be able to pray and hear Gods voice, and understand the power of Prayer.
- Every youth should understand that they would stand in judgment for every decision they make, good or bad.
- Every youth should be able to see the value of all Gods creation, red, yellow, black, and white, friend and enemy.
- Every youth should be able to lead someone to Christ.
- Every youth should understand the priceless value of Praise and Worship.
- Every youth should understand Gods promise of Tithes and Offering.
- Every youth should understand that the gifts and callings of God are without repentance.
- Every youth should have a desire to live in such a way that there life demands an explanation.

| Chosen Generation Youth Choir |
|
| Led by Vanessa Street the Chosen Generation Youth Choir is a group of young people that love to lead others into the presence of the Lord through music. Each week the youth get together for practice on Sunday nights at 6:00. Chosen Generation also will minister in other youth ministries, camps, and revivals wherever God opens the door they will go. If you would like to join this ministry please see Vanessa or any of the staff and they will connect you with her. If you play a musical instrument please let us know, we love to see youth use their God given gifts. |

| Back Stage Pass Drama Team |
|
| Led by Ross Turpeau “Backstage Pass” ministers throughout the year in youth service. They bring humor and deep thinking dramas each month. They are inspired by the Word of God to bring skits funny and serious to touch there generation. If you would like to be a part of this ministry please get in touch with Ross or one of the youth staff and they will get you connected with him. Even if you don’t want to be on stage you can be used as stage assistant or whatever you would like to add to this ministry. |

| Dance Ministry |
|
This ministry is led by Chiante’ Turpeau. Each week the youth practice up beat, hip hop type dances. Choreographing comes from Chiante, but a lot comes from the youth too. They have the gift God and use them for His Kingdom. If you are interested in this ministry please see Chiante’ or a staff member and they will get you connected.

| RECON Ministry |
|
This ministry is led by Jen Horner. The ministry reaches into their schools, neighborhoods, and family and will also reach into our own congregation. Trying to get uninvolved youth stirred up and active. This ministry will also take “thank you signs” to our visitor’s yards. Letting them know we appreciate their visit.

| Princess Within |
|
| This ministry is led by, Tina Moore. She was inspired by God to start this ministry about six years ago. The ministry reaches out to young women training them in hygiene etiquette, makeup, fashion, and ultimately teaching them the characteristics of a Godly Woman. Preparing them to become the woman God has called them to be, in word, actions, attitude, and deeds. This ministry pours into young women, giving them confidence, confidence, knowledge, and encouragement in every part of their walk in life, with the Lord.
