Opened in late summer 2004, the Lawrence Bishop Music Center was designed with the latest, most sophisticated sound and lighting systems. Pastor Lawrence plans for many Bluegrass and Gospel concerts to be hosted in the theater that bears his name. Outstanding artists such as Marty Raybon, the Isaacs, Paul Williams, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, Ricky Skaggs, and Ralph Stanley have performed in past years in the sanctuary, and will likely return to entertain outdoors in the Music Theater.
We hope to host Randy Travis along with other gospel and bluegrass groups for the coming season.
Of course the Lawrence Bishop Band will always be there to open all the events. |
